Hubby kickin toosh, racin' at dutch oven fun run lunch. There were probably a good 50-100 sleds while we were there.

On Bloomington Lake

It was so gorgeous in there!

Sitting on the frozen lake..kinda made me nervous! lol

We were riding the "ridge line" (red) and I rolled my sled down, off the cornice (blue) and got pinned underneath the sled...Talk about a painful panic. Dallas and Tonja said they never saw anyone run as fast, especially in snow, as Adam did to come to "my rescue". haha... So sweet. I love him!
I have severe hip, back, and butt brusing in process from the tail/ track of the sled hitting me good & pinning me down...but Im glad, cause it could have been lots worse! Tonja got a good handle bar in the ribs when she tumbled...OUCH! But I think everyone is ok minus brusing and being real sore! We all got sun burnt...boys seemed to get it worse, their reasoning is because Tonja & I had our faces in the snow a lot! Haha! Overall, had fun, & am glad I got to go once this year! But, after our eventful ride down the mountain, I think it will be my last for another year or so! ;)

Here is a short video of Adam coming back from playing his dangerous games..haha. you can see the mountain side he just came off of behind him, and hear the wonderful sound of a turbo sled :)kinda fun..nothing spectacular or anything...Im kinda slow at getting the recorder on the cam. to start and shut off! LOL
